This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pei Wei Asian Diner for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Each and every Saturday my son has hockey lessons…an hour and a half away from home. I always take a snack for my three kiddos to scarf down in the car, but by the time that my little guy finishes his lesson it is well after lunch time and the whole family is hungry and grumpy and not looking forward to immediately climbing back into the car for the long drive home. These are the times that I look for food that is relatively fast, but still full of flavor and most importantly, has some nutritional value as well. Of course there are five of us, with five different opinions as to what we would like to eat, but luckily there is always one option that we can all agree on and it just so happens to be right down the road from the ice rink. Pei Wei is the perfect solution to our problem and an amazing place to grab a family friendly meal. Not only are all items made to order (perfect for my picky eaters – they can customize their dish), but they offer gluten free and vegetarian options as well, which I love. Everything is freshly prepared using 35 high quality, hand cut ingredients. You can't ask for more!
And have ya'll seen some of the delicious new options on Pei Wei's menu? They are super excited about the New Year and refreshing, so they have added some awesome fresh new dishes and even new sizes to the menu. I am super in love with the Thai Lime and Chile dishes.
I love to get it as an entree salad with chicken, but my hubby enjoys his as a regular wok (they also have a small wok'd option) served with brown rice. This dish combines refreshing citrus with a kick of spicy Fresno chilies, and you can customize it in so many ways by choosing your size, brown or white rice, or even your protein options (chicken, steak, shrimp or tofu) on a salad. It is crazy how good it is, and it seriously starts at just $6.39, making it even easier for my family to enjoy a great meal out. Check out Pei Wei's full menu below, including some other yummy new options like Wok Roasted Vegetable Salad, Ginger Orange Edamame and Szechuan Green Beans.

Did you happen to notice that rockin' kid's menu? I love when my kids spread their wings from the usual chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese offered to them almost everywhere else.
Make sure to check out Pei Wei not only in person, but you can also find them on Facebook, Twitter and even on my all time fave, Pinterest!
And a few more pictures of the scrumptious Thai Lime and Chile options to leave your mouth watering (please tell me that's not just me…)

Oh man, now I can't wait for this weekend…for hockey, sure, but really more for Pei Wei and an easy and enjoyable meal with my family that I don't have to clean up after! And now I am dying to know…which new Pei Wei menu item are you most excited to try?
Wow! This looks and sounds absolutely delicious! I wish we had one near us. I would have to say that the Traditional Chicken Lettuce Wraps sound outstanding to me! I love wraps. 😀

OK, so I should NOT have read this post at 6:08 pm. Ha!! I’m starving and I miss Pei Wei!! They don’t have them where I live now, but they do where I grew up. They actually just built a new one and my parents went there the other night. Now, I’m really making myself hungry. I’ll have to go there the next time I’m in town. Thanks for sharing!

I know what you mean Laura. We don’t have a Pei Wei in my town either, but that is what makes hockey lesson Saturday so great! 🙂
Oh my goodness…you have my mouth watering! I checked for a location near me and there isn’t one ~ I may cry! I’ll keep my eyes on when traveling, though, and hopefully I’ll get some of this delicious food soon.

I didn’t discover Pei Wei until moving to Florida 2 years ago, but I LOVE IT! It’s definitely our favorite fast food choice. And after reading your post, I’m craving some orange chicken right now!
