It is hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that this little blog is rapidly approaching its second birthday. Crazy! But I figured that since I have been doing this for awhile now, that there were some old projects and recipes that might not have gotten as much love when they were originally shared as they might now. I hope that all of my new readers will find inspiration in them while my old readers will enjoy seeing them again and reminiscing with me. 🙂
This witch wreath was the first project that I did with deco mesh and I kind of fell in love with it. It was super easy to use and made such a big, bold statement on my front door.
And I will never forget this Halloween dinner. It honestly did so much to help cheer up my kiddos right after my hubby deployed.
Ooh, or the lessons that I learned in making my own gourmet apples. Come to think of it…I really need to make some again. They were so yummy!
Nothing beats some fresh, homemade apple butter, and this one is even naked. Bonus! It is fairly easy and a makes your house smell incredible!
Haha, I admitted what I failure I am when it comes to drawing when I posted a quick tutorial on how to draw a spiderweb. I know that it would not present a challenge for most people, but it definitely did for me!
I love that my paleo apple pumpkin muffins feel like an indulgence but are actually not. It is so hard for me to stay on track this time of year when it comes to eating healthy foods, so this is a perfect solution for me.
If you are short on time and cash for Halloween or fall decor, these cute little 3D paper pumpkins are an awesome project. They were simple, fun and cost effective!
And lastly, soooo many recipes call for pumpkin puree this time of year. Why not make your own and keep out some of the nasty things that have to be added to keep it on the shelf for years on end?
Alright, so I feel as though the blog (and me) have changed and grown over the past couple of years, but when I look back I can honestly still say that I stand behind my projects and love them to this day. 🙂
