Hey guys, how was your Christmas? Mine was so great, and it was super to take a few days off, but now I am back and ready to ring in 2016. Can you believe that the New Year (and all of its resolutions) are literally right around the corner?! I’m sure that, like me, many of you are refocusing on your health goals this coming year and I hope that this free printable fitness tracker can help you on your road to a healthier you.
I’m a huge believer in holding yourself accountable. There are so many days (weeks, months…) that I have the best of intentions to get my workout in, but then I get slammed with all of my other responsibilities and my gym time gets pushed to the wayside. I have found that even when I just jotted a quick note in my weekly planner that I was so much more likely to accomplish that goal because I am a stickler for crossing everything on my to do list off.
That is where this fitness tracker comes in! I made a few different variations of this printable so you can pick what works best for you. There is one with a motivational quote, one with a weigh in box, one with a goals box and one that is empty for you to use however you’d like.
I’m not a fan of weighing myself, to be honest. I find that the daily fluctuations can be disappointing to say the least and I’ve been much more likely to skip some of my daily water intake to keep the water weight off (not a good plan!). I’d rather just feel the difference in how my clothes fit, but I know that there are some people who perform really well with weigh ins. We are ask different and motivated by personal things, so find what works for you and rock it!
With my first half marathon looming less than two months away, I am in a crunch to get more runs in so that will be consuming my tracker for awhile. Keep your fingers crossed for me! 🙂
Although people’s daily water intake should be based on their weight, 8 glasses is a pretty standard measurement, so I added 8 water droplets that you can cross off as you finish off each glass. Here is another trick that I use to remember to drink enough and it also tells you to find out exactly how much water your body needs.
To print any of the fitness trackers, just click on the picture. You can then either save it or print it directly from there. I’ll be sharing a matching food tracker later this week as well, so stay tuned.
Do your goals for 2016 involve personal health goals? Are there any other printables, recipes or workouts that would help you out? Let me know and I will try my hardest to accommodate!
Thanks for the downloadable fitness tracker! This will definitely help me achieve my fitness goals for the year. Not to mention, it will help me monitor the amount of water I’m drinking.
All the best for 2016! 🙂
