On Monday I shared a free printable fitness tracker to help you achieve and stay on top of your fitness goals, but in my world, that goes hand in hand with how I fuel my body. I am most certainly one of those people who justifies all sorts of crazy meals and treats to myself. Like, “Well, I ran 5 miles today, so I can absolutely eat an entire pizza and then have a handful of cookies for dessert. It cancels each other out.” Umm, not true, for the record. Being able to see exactly what I am eating all day has been an incredibly important factor in my health and I hope that this free printable meal tracker will prove just as useful for you.
It always amazes me that when I feel as though I am eating well and being healthy that I somehow always sneak chocolates or beer and don’t pay attention to it. When it is all written down and I am keeping myself accountable I can truly see how all of those little treats add up. This is such a great way to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses.
When you pair it with the fitness tracker you have a sure fire way to kick start your new year. They are matching and easy to use, so I really hope that you will give them a shot. I like to print one and laminate it. If you don’t have a laminating machine, you can pick up self sealing laminating pouches that work great for projects like this. Then you can use dry erase markers on them and re-use them week after week.
To print, just click on the photo above. It will take you to a page with just the printable where you can either save it or print directly.
