Inspiration comes in so many forms for me, but Pinterest is pretty high up there these days when it comes to searching for recipes. And occasionally the recipes that I try are huge disasters, but normally they turn out well.
This recipe did not turn out well.
No, it was really so far beyond “well.” It was spectacular!
The cheese stuffed beer pretzels that I found from A Little Claireification over on At The Picket Fence were incredible! So good that I followed the recipe to a tee. I never do that!
And because this recipe was perfect on it’s own, I’ll send you directly over to At the Picket Fence to get it. Just know that they are incredibly easy and use canned pizza dough so they aren’t super time consuming.
While I was busy preparing for a fantasy football draft party, my hubby even got in on the action with making these pretzels and he ended up having a great time shaping them.
And then we tag teamed it and I dunked them in the beer and salted them.
It worked out perfectly and we ended up with these beautiful pretzels that tasted as good as they looked.
These cheese stuffed beer pretzels have now made it into our football food rotation. They are absolute repeats!
