A fall of the bone tender, sweet pulled pork that is perfect for sandwiches.

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
2½ lbs pork shoulder roast
20 oz barbecue sauce
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs brown sugar
1 large onion, diced
Instructions
Place only the roast in the slow cooker and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
Remove pork and shred. Discard any juice remaining in the slow cooker. Add the barbecue sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, onion and shredded pork to the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours or on high for 1 hour.
Serve as sandwiches, in tortillas or over rice or noodles.
