Protein Packed Popsicles

Serves: 6 popsicles
- 15 oz can coconut milk
- 2 scoops EAS Fruit Smoothie Protein Powder
- sliced fruit (optional)
- If you are using fresh fruit, slice it thinly and carefully push down on the sides of the popsicle mold.
- Mix together coconut milk and protein powder until smooth (there may still be some small clumps, that is okay).
- Pour coconut milk mixture slowly into the popsicle mold.
- Freeze for several hours, until completely frozen. Remove from mold and enjoy!
