Microwave chocolates, butter and water in a microwave safe bowl until chocolate is melted (about two minutes). Whisk in pudding mix and continue stirring for 2 minutes. Add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, stirring until well blended. Press into prepared baking dish and let refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Lift foil out of pan before cutting into pieces.
