Fold bacon in half lengthwise and wrap around pork chop, securing with a toothpick. Preheat a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until thermometer inserted shows 145*F.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
When done, remove toothpicks from pork chops. Top with mango salsa before serving.
