There are very few things in my life that I feel don’t need much of an introduction, but this is without a doubt one of those few. Yes, these super easy to make pops are Oreo Cheesecake. Not too much to say about that other than if you don’t try them you’ll be sad.
No baking is required for these amazing pops, just a food processor (or you could use a mixer if you don’t have a food processor).
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Oreos
- 3 Tbs butter, melted
- Combine powdered sugar, milk, sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla extract in food processor. Process until smooth and well combined.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for the "crust."
- Rinse out the food processor then add Oreos and pulse. While the Oreos are pulsing add the melted butter to create fine crumbs.
- Add crumbs to top of pops and gently press into the mold.
- Freeze at least 4 hours before serving.
I will mention that I had a bit more trouble removing these pops from the molds that I used than normal. I just ran the molds under hot water until they popped out, but I put them back into the freezer for another 10 minutes after that to reharden.
One last quick word of advice…make sure to compact your crust, otherwise it will easily break off. These Oreo cheesecake pops really did taste like a little slice of cheesecake, so be prepared to eat them all very quickly!
